Saving California is a not-for-profit community counseling organization experienced in working with lenders to recast or modify mortgage payments. Using creative and often unconventional methods, all well within the State and Federal Codes of Regulation, we work to stop the lenders from taking options that damage neighborhoods, individual savings and the prospect of living and raising a family in California.

Our model is designed to help you bring your mortgage payments up-to-date, or provide you with a number of options to save your home. Our counselors are licensed with the Department of Real Estate, certified and trained in the areas of consumer mortgages. Our counselors discuss your entire financial situation with you, and help you develop a personalized plan to solve your money problems. An initial counseling session typically lasts an hour, with an offer of follow-up sessions.
